A nice cup of coffee with the palette knife - did I drink too much coffee when painting this one? Can you remember the best coffee you've ever had? My first cups of coffee were when I was in grade school, my grandmother used to put instant coffee into warm milk with lots of sugar...I tone the goessoed board with black first. Yes, black. The black really makes the blue POP!
