Lilly and Marco

"Lilly"

5 x 5 inches, Oil on Board, Painted with palette knife.

$36.00 + s/h

Last year a neighbor brought over this lilly plant which I put into the garden once the blooms had faded. This year it produced three beautiful bright yellow flowers. I cut one to put in a bud vase and to be able to enjoy it. I know it's a lilly of some sort but don't know the name.

As promised, here are a couple of photos of our foster child, Marco. He's starting to learn his name.

Smile - a painting of a yellow flower

Why not? Smile!
The wildflowers are starting beautify the highways and gardens are filling up with bright colors! Can you belive it - we have freeze warning tonight. I've just put some flowers in the flowerboxes on my patio -- I think I better bring them indoors for the night.
"Smile" Oil on Board, 5 x 5" - because a small yellow flower is like a warm smile. : )
