I named this painting "Per Te" on the spur of the moment and then googled it to see if I could come up with some sweet saying, poem or lyric when I found this by song by Josh Groban. Although I know who he is, I don't think I've really listened to him music. These lyrics are beautiful - click here - for the translation and the whole poem.

Judy, another lovely painting, I love the contrast or the hint of the table against the background, and of course, the texture is awesome.
I have to say when I first read the title, I thought PURTY, as pretty with a Texan drawl...leave it to me to get it wrong :-) Thank you for the song and translation, but I do think this is a "mighty fine purty painting, mam".
